“Ronda is one of the most dedicated team members I have ever worked with. She is the first one to arrive at our facility each morning, and she never sits down until she leaves at the end of the day. She works with all departments and is the ‘go-to’ person at our location. She is the safety leader, handles purchasing, is routinely seen on a forklift, and helps check in loads. I could go on and on, but you can ask any team member at our location who our MVP is, and without a doubt, you would hear her name echoed over and over.”
“Ronda is one of our most valuable team members. I have worked with Ronda for 10+ years. In those 10 years, she has helped me countless times with almost every sale, inventory, delivery, etc. issue you can think of. Many times, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is completed promptly with a smile on her face. I can honestly say she is one of the hardest-working people I have ever worked with in my career in sales. We are blessed to have her at BFS and our location.”
“Ronda is always there at the store early in the morning. She is always running around checking inventory, helping to unload trucks, and helping answer any questions. Ronda is always very polite and constantly keeps a smile on her face. She will fill in for the Delivery Manager and still find the time to do all of her typical duties.
